We provide General Medical Services under the NHS.
You can now book appointments, order prescriptions and fit notes, view test results and records and access many other services online.
Are you using online services for the first time?
If you are already a patient, you can sign up to online services by clicking on the link on this page: Request Access to Online Services (tpp-uk.com) Alternatively, you can call in at the practice to register for online access. If you register online you will still need to visit the surgery to provide proof of identity before we can give you your username and password. Our Staff will be happy to help you.
We are accepting new Patients
The easiest way to register as a patient with Lister Lane Surgery is online via the following link: SystmOnline Self Registration (tpp-uk.com) . You can also call at the Surgery and our reception team will support you with the registration process.
Pharmacy First
There is a pharmacy located at the Surgery. Over the counter medications are available. Collections and delivery services are provided free of charge.
You can now go straight to the Pharmacy to get advice and prescription medication for a number of common complaints.
- Acute otitis media* (Earache) 1 to 17 years
- Impetigo - 1 year and over
- Infected insect bites - 1 year and over
- Shingles - 18 years and over
- Sinusitis - 12 years and over
- Sore throat - 5 years and over
- Uncomplicated urinary tract infections - Women 16-64 years

- Athletes foot
- Dehydration
- Thrush

- Fever
- Blocked Nose
- Sprain or Strain
- Head Lice
- Indigestion
Accessibility
The Surgery has wheelchair access. We have hearing loops on the premises. Unfortunately, we cannot allow mobility scooters in the building.

Welfare Checks
If you are worried about the wellbeing of a neighbour, friend or family member and require a welfare check, please contact the Police, Social Services or Ambulance Service as approriate. We are unable to provide welfare checks.
